We offer full pre-configuration services including OS installation, RAID setup, firmware updates, and application pre-loading. Each system is burn-in tested and ready for deployment out of the box. Do your systems support RAID?Absolutely. We support RAID 0, 1, 5, 6, 10, and hybrid configurations across both onboard and hardware RAID controllers. Our SES and JBOD expansion systems support high-availability configurations using the latest SAS technology. What kind of support do you offer?IronPC offers phone, remote, and on-site support. Service contracts are available, including rapid repair turnaround and hardware spares when needed. We’ve supported systems in production for almost 3 decades. Are IronPC systems NDAA compliant?Yes. We source components from trusted vendors and manufacture all systems in the USA to ensure NDAA and TAA compliance where required. Can I upgrade my IronPC system?Yes.
