IronPC Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all purchases, services, and website usage associated with IronPC, a division of Ironman Inc.

1. Product Orders

All system orders must be confirmed in writing. Final pricing, lead times, and specifications will be outlined in the customer quote or invoice. Custom configurations are built to order and are non-cancellable once production begins.

2. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are Net 15 or prepayment unless otherwise stated. Late payments may incur interest and delay shipment. Credit terms may be available for approved customers.

3. Warranty Coverage

IronPC systems include a standard 3-year hardware warranty unless otherwise stated. Extended warranties are available. Warranty covers parts and labor for manufacturer defects. It does not cover user damage, misuse, or third-party modifications.

4. Returns & RMAs

Returns require prior written authorization. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Opened or custom-built hardware is subject to restocking fees or may be non-returnable based on condition and configuration.

5. NDAA/TAA Compliance

IronPC uses vetted, traceable components to ensure compliance with NDAA Section 889 and TAA requirements for federal and defense integrators. Customers must request compliance documentation prior to build if required.

6. Intellectual Property

All product designs, firmware, and branding are property of Ironman Inc. Reverse engineering, resale without authorization, or reproduction of our systems or content is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

IronPC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product or service in question.

8. Support & Service Contracts

Support is available by phone, email, or remote access. Optional service contracts may include onsite repair, expedited replacement, and extended technical support.

9. Governing Law

All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in the State of Florida.
