IronPC License Agreement

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of all IronPC software, firmware, preinstalled applications, and proprietary system utilities delivered with IronPC hardware. By using IronPC systems, you agree to the terms below.

1. License Grant

Ironman Inc. (dba IronPC) grants the original purchaser a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the bundled software and firmware solely on the IronPC system it was delivered with. This license does not permit redistribution, reverse engineering, or replication.

2. Restrictions

You may not copy, modify, sublicense, resell, or distribute any IronPC firmware, diagnostics tools, or configuration utilities outside the licensed system. Use on any other hardware is strictly prohibited.

3. Ownership

All intellectual property rights remain the sole property of Ironman Inc. This agreement does not grant you ownership of any software or firmware, only the right to use it in accordance with the terms specified.

4. Third-Party Software

IronPC systems may include open-source or third-party components (e.g., Linux distributions, drivers). These components are governed by their respective licenses and may impose additional obligations on the user.

5. Firmware Security & NDAA Compliance

IronPC firmware is digitally signed and validated to comply with NDAA Section 889 requirements. Customers may request a statement of compliance for federal deployment.

6. Termination

This license is automatically terminated if you violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the software and delete all copies from the system. Ironman Inc. reserves the right to revoke the license in cases of breach, tampering, or misuse.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Ironman Inc. disclaims all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose, compatibility, or uninterrupted operation.

8. Liability Limitation

In no event shall Ironman Inc. be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data or business interruption, arising from use or inability to use the licensed software.
